Klas has been a leader at MBH since 1999 and was appointed Principal in 2013. He brings more than two decades of experience delivering complex branded and commercial environments with a focus on disciplined execution, technical rigor, and long-term program stability.
Klas leads projects through a deliberate, structured process that begins with clear alignment around priorities, performance metrics, and design intent. He establishes defined milestones, measurable checkpoints, and an iterative working cadence that maintains forward momentum and ensures continuous alignment among stakeholders. His approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and early risk identification to support predictable, high-quality outcomes.
He has extensive experience operating within established brand standards while advancing thoughtful refinement and operational performance. He understands that fixture and branded environment programs must be repeatable, scalable, and precisely documented to support long-term success. Under his leadership, teams translate strategic objectives into coordinated documentation, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery across markets.
A licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Klas holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. He is highly proficient in Revit and integrated project delivery systems, enabling efficient collaboration and clear communication across teams. Clients value his steady leadership, clarity of process, and ability to convert complex goals into structured, repeatable results.
