We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in Alameda. This role supports internal design teams in a variety of operations with a focus on document control for multiple architectural projects.

Job Duties

  • Tracking the workflow of design document sets

  • Logging, filing, distributing submittals, RFI’s, meeting notes, specifications and change orders

  • Producing weekly status reports and logs

  • Assisting with proposals, contracts, and invoicing

  • Interacting with consultants, general contractors and government agencies


Minimum Qualifications

  • Be able to juggle various tasks within a timely and expedient manner, paying special attention to accuracy and communication with multiple team members

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Familiarity with Deltek is a plus
