We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in Alameda. This role supports administrative team in a variety of operations with a focus on office operations.

Job Duties

  • Shipping & Receiving – responsible for all incoming & outgoing mail and packages, including vendor account verification

  • Kitchen – responsible for functionality of the kitchen, including maintaining stocks and appliances

  • Office Supplies – responsible for maintaining stocks and regular ordering

  • Conference Rooms - Liaise with Receptionist to set up when current lay outs do not suit meeting needs

  • Reception – cover breaks, lunch & vacations

  • Filing – general accounting, project & admin filing & archiving

  • Participate in improving administrative procedures

  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently

  • Assist with scheduling and overseeing facilities related projects

  • Process batch mailings

  • Assist with company events


Minimum Qualifications

  • Be able to juggle various tasks within a timely and expedient manner, paying special attention to accuracy and communication with multiple team members

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience

  • A Bachelor's degree
