We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in Alameda. This role supports administrative team in a variety of operations with a focus on office operations.
Shipping & Receiving – responsible for all incoming & outgoing mail and packages, including vendor account verification
Kitchen – responsible for functionality of the kitchen, including maintaining stocks and appliances
Office Supplies – responsible for maintaining stocks and regular ordering
Conference Rooms - Liaise with Receptionist to set up when current lay outs do not suit meeting needs
Reception – cover breaks, lunch & vacations
Filing – general accounting, project & admin filing & archiving
Participate in improving administrative procedures
Manage multiple assignments concurrently
Assist with scheduling and overseeing facilities related projects
Process batch mailings
Assist with company events
Be able to juggle various tasks within a timely and expedient manner, paying special attention to accuracy and communication with multiple team members
A minimum of 1 year of experience
A Bachelor's degree
