We are looking for a support-focused pro to join the IT team. You will be a major player in growing our team and elevating the organization. MBH IT plays a key role in enabling our employees to innovate and operate at their peak potential. You will improve the front-line user experience by providing on-demand user support for MBH staff and their tools and apps, while also contributing to longer-term projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as Lead Apple technician – iOS and cross-platform troubleshooting and configuration

  • Provide support to full range of Apple products – MacBooks, iPads, iPhones

  • Routine software updates; focusing on Mac products.

  • Modify, manage, and maintain ticketing systems

  • Keep detailed inventory of Mac hardware and software up to date.

  • Deploy and maintain Apple products using JAMF MDM System.

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware end-user issues. Identify cases indicative of server or network problems.

  • New hire and offboarding administration – including equipment deployment, e-mail, phone, server access, and security system.

  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants.

  • Recommend and implement ways to improve I.T. processes and procedures.

  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 Years work experience in an IT support role.

  • Strong understanding of computer network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP).

  • Strong Mac/iOS troubleshooting skills.

  • Desire to learn new software and technology, and work on multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Good documentation skills, attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Candidates must have 5-10 years of hands-on experience with the following desktop technologies:

  • MS Windows 10

  • MS Office 365

  • Virus control and virus client management

  • MS Print environment support

  • Computer asset control

  • Mobile device support

  • VPN support

  • Remote support

  • Service Desk / Ticketing system

Salary Range: $72,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
