IT Desktop Administrator
We are seeking candidates who are able to provide timely and customer-service focused IT support to MBH employees globally to join as a Service Desk Professional in our Alameda office.
Assists in new system deployments/loading appropriate software as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve Hardware & Software issues.
Install and configure various software including Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory, O365, as well as other systems.
Keep current with the latest IT technologies and best practices.
Document current and future processes and procedures.
Skills & Efficiencies
2 - 3 Years work experience in an IT support role.
Strong understanding of computer network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP).
Strong Window 10 and MS Office troubleshooting skills.
Desire to learn new software and technology, and work on multiple tasks at the same time.
Good documentation skills, attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
