With offices established on both coasts, MBH Architects has decided to open a new regional office in Denver, Colorado to better support our clients on mountain time and in neighboring regions of the US. By moving closer to our clients and projects, our teams are able to offer a more close-knit communication network, better support local construction, tap into a promising talent pool and invest in new technologies. The firm is poised to bring our coastal influence to this growing city full of opportunity and potential.

As MBH expands, it is a top priority that we hold onto our roots of experienced teams and quality work. To ensure a seamless experience for our clients, we are committed to translating our firm culture, knowledge, and experience to new offices. We are thrilled to announce that three long-time employees of MBH's headquarters in California are relocating to serve as the foundation for this office, facilitating consistent reliable service to our clients and extending MBH's friendly culture to new talent. Officially opening June 3rd of 2019, MBH's mile high office will carry on the legacy of high quality service that MBH is known for.

Bonnie is a LEED-accredited Project Architect and Associate at MBH Architects where she currently oversees accounts for national and international retail and luxury retail brands. Bonnie has accrued an impressive array of project experience throughout her career-to-date ranging from complex commercial and large multi-family residential projects to modern corporate workspaces and memorable retail spaces. This diverse background lends to her ability to support clients holistically from initial conceptual design through construction administration. After joining MBH in 2011, Bonnie’s passion and pay-it-forward mentality led her to create a formalized licensure mentorship program within the firm with the goal of helping her colleagues advance their careers as licensed Architects. In 2016, she was recognized as an emerging professional by the AIA Leadership Institute. Bonnie received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.

For over a decade, Joe has been a key leader in MBH’s fixture design studio, overseeing conceptual design and 3D production for projects spanning the globe. Published in Architect Magazine for best practices implementing 3D printing into an architecture practice, he possesses a highly developed understanding of fabrication, model making and modeling software. As a Project manager, Joe has worked with an international network of consultants and vendors to design, fabricate and implement fixtures for a high profile confidential client, designed bespoke spaces for clients such as the Ansel Adams Gallery and Hangar One Vodka, and participated in research and development for evolving retail environments and experiences. He is also a contributing member of MBH’s internal continuing education and design technology practice groups. In 2018, his contributions to the firm were recognized by appointment to Senior Associate. Joe holds a Master of Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego, California.  

Since joining MBH in 2010, Corey has worked on a variety of projects types, developing well-rounded architectural abilities and design software skills. As a Project Manager on MBH’s retail and restaurant teams, he has worked on high profile restaurant concepts including those of celebrity chef and restauranteur Michael Mina. Corey also has experience working on multi-level and multi-disciplinary projects as demonstrated by his excellent work on the Target team, creating BIM models of the LA Sunset and the LA Crenshaw - two complex, three story, ground up stores. Before joining MBH Architects, Corey completed the first LEED Platinum project in Kansas as a member of University of Kansas’ Studio 804. His ability to cross coordinate with consultants and follow through with detail-oriented work has made him an indispensable part of the MBH team and led to his appointment as Associate in 2015. Corey holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
