- Project Description: These two beautiful restaurants are the result of a collaborative design effort between MBH, Engstrom Design Group, and Pat Kuleto. Inspired by contemporary architecture, the two buildings evoke historic, old world characteristics that are expressed through the use of brick, limestone and darkened metals.
Epic and Waterbar were developed by JMA Ventures and constructed by Webcor and Terra Nova.
