- Unique Features: The development occupies the former site of the historic “Housewives Market”, an infill project in Historic Old Oakland, comprised of a full city block acquired by the Redevelopment Agency in 1983. The project was a collaborative effort between SB Architects, MBH Design Architects and David Baker Architects who were the Architects of Record.
