construction complete on broadway grand
Sited on a 1.3 acre city block, Broadway Grand is one of several mixed-use residential projects currently under construction that represents an aggressive downtown redevelopment effort by the City of Oakland, California. The building contains 22,000 square feet of ground floor retail surrounding a 3-story parking garage with 4 floors of residential units above organized around a 4,000 square foot private courtyard. The 105 flats and 27 townhouses offer spectacular views of the Oakland hills and picturesque San Francisco skyline. Amenities include master suites, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. By varying façade planes, materials and roof heights, passers-by experience the 325,000 square foot development as several smaller buildings that reinforce the scale of the existing streetscape.
