CA – Congratulations to SummerHill Homes as well as the Special
Projects and Design studios at MBH Architects on the success of University
Park in Palo Alto. University Park was honored with three Awards of
Merit, including Masterplanned Project of the Year. Woodmark, one of
the condominium housing projects was honored with an Award of Merit
for Best Attached Housing Project. Weatherly at University Park was
awarded Best Attached Housing Project Mid-rise.
In its 42nd year, the oldest and largest program of its kind, Gold Nuggets honor creative achievements in architectural design and land use planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Entries come from 14 Western states and all countries bordering the Pacific Ocean.
