MBH Architects Announces New Hires for Alameda / Newport Beach Offices
MBH Architects has acquired several new employees this month as the firm has continued to increase its project workload in both its Alameda and Newport Beach, California offices.
Alameda, California . . .
The Alameda office has added many new members to its team. Caitlin O’Farrell was hired as the new Public Relations Coordinator dealing with all aspects of the marketing program. She comes to us from the Sacramento Sports Commission (Olympic Track & Field Trials) with a strong background in event management, marketing and public relations. She did her undergraduate work at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo receiving a B.S. in Journalism with a concentration in Print and Public Relations.
MBH is proud to welcome Jenny Lin, Drafter, to Special Projects Studio. Her prior experience is with Fong and Chan Architects and the American Institute of Architecture, East Bay. She comes to us with a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a minor in Structural Engineering. She has studied architecture in Denmark and visited numerous other countries around the world, including over 20 European countries and nation’s as far away as China.
MBH is proud to welcome Julie Stewart, Drafter III, to the Specialty Retail Studio. She comes to us from T. Delaney, Inc. where she worked as an independent contractor and studio assistant. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Architecture from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque as a four year Presidential Scholar.
MBH is proud to welcome Nick Montana, Drafter, to the Specialty Retail Studio. He comes to us from Yarosh & Assoc., Inc. and previously worked with the Boston Red Sox where he aided in the construction of the 1999 All-Star Game at Fenway Park. He received his A.S. and BARC Degree at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.

Newport Beach, California . . .
The Newport Beach office is proud to welcome Marcus Mitchell, Senior Job Captain, to the Mixed Use Studio. He comes to us from HMC Architectural Group where he worked as a project leader. He received his B.A. in Architecture at California Polytechnic University.
