MBH Architects of Newport Beach and Hilton Grand Vacations Club Projects

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Newport Beach, CA – MBH Architects of Newport Beach is currently working on two timeshare projects for Hilton Grand Vacations Club International located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Waikoloa, Hawaii.

In Las Vegas, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Phase Two is underway with both construction documentation and foundation construction in progress. The first phase of this project opened in February of 2004 and has been an enormous success. The 26-story tower of 283 units incorporates design elements of the American Southwest Deco style and features beautiful landscaping and a comprehensive collection of guest amenities. This Phase One earned four design awards in June at the American Resort Development Association ceremony in Las Vegas. The additional phases will follow the design aesthetic of this first building. Phase Two will top out at 38 stories and include 431 timeshare units and completion is anticipated in the summer of 2006.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Waikoloa is under construction and is composed of 120 two bedroom villas clustered in a series of six low-rise residential style buildings blending with the Hawaiian style of the Waikoloa Resort Area. The centerpiece of the resort is an open air pavilion club house and pool amenity area overlooking the Waikoloa Golf Course and estimated completion is 2005/2006.
