The Town Center at Levis Commons

P.F. Chang's China Bistro Four hundred citizens attended the groundbreaking of the Town Center at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio. This mixed-use lifestyle center is designed by MBH Architects of Alameda and Newport Beach, California, for clients Dillin Development of Perrysburg, Ohio and Hill Partners, Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina.

MBH is a national architectural firm with an impressive portfolio of major large and specialty retail projects throughout the nation. This project has been led by MBH Principal Joseph Smart, Project Director Raul Anziani and Creative Director, James Paresi. The team developed a new urban vision for village center design.

The Town Center at Levis Commons is a multi-phased, mixed-use project that will become the entrance and heart of J. Preston Levis Commons, a landmark development located in metropolitan Toledo. A traditional townscape setting of lifestyle and unique retail stores, restaurants, cafes and offices will be centered around a town green to evoke the atmosphere of the past.
