MBH Architects Acquires Four New Project Managers and Directors


MBH Architects has an extensive portfolio of successful retail design work across the nation for several distinguished clients. MBH is pleased to announce that four new Project Managers and Directors have joined the Alameda office.

Mitchell Tobias is the Specialty Retail Account Director for MBH. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1971 and worked as a research biochemist. Years later, he attended the University of California at Berkeley and received a Masters Degree in Architecture in 1988. His professional architectural career spans sixteen years with that time split between interior design and exterior architecture. Prior to joining MBH, he worked for several firms including BAR and Interior Architects in San Francisco.

Terry Miller is the Senior Project Manager for the Gap and Old Navy accounts. Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Kent State University in Ohio in 1986. He worked at two architectural firms before joining Gap, Inc. as a Project Designer, Project Manager and Senior Manager with responsibility at all levels of design and management.

Ajit Roy is a Project Manager for the Urban Solutions Studio. Mr. Roy earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Calcutta, India in 1966 and has a breadth of experience with firms in Texas, New York and the Bay Area. Prior to joining MBH, he was a Project Manager, Project Architect and Construction Administrator at Kwan/Henmi Architecture/Planning and R. Don Spencer II Associates.

Don Dacumos joined MBH as a Senior Project Manager for the Limited Studio. Mr. Dacumos received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1986. He worked at several firms in the Bay Area as a Designer and Project Manager, and most recently as a Supply Management Advisor and Senior Project Manager for Gap, Inc
