Continuing Education
We value learning. Just as we set goals and learned during our formative years we want to continue to set goals and advance our learning objectives to become better architects. MBH offers licensing incentives for those individuals who want to become licensed. With a comprehensive library, you will have the necessary resources to prepare for your architectural licensing exams.

MBH offers a bi-weekly AutoCAD class that allows its employees to enhance their computer drafting skills through each others questions. The classes are designed as a 1-hour question and answer period in which a variety of topics are covered. By attending the interactive CAD class, employees have the opportunity to learn the answer before they have the question. - LEED Accreditation
LEED was created by the United States Green Building Counsel to promote “green building” and “high performance building”; a holistic approach to design and construction. The LEED study sessions were designed to encourage MBH employees to become LEED certified, and to promote “green building” within our office. The study sessions focus on the ‘LEED Reference Guide’ as a tool to prepare for the LEED exam. The study sessions include presentations on each section of the ‘LEED Reference Guide’ by participant in the study group, followed by a question and answer period. This allows every participant to become involved in teaching and learning the LEED material. Last year a LEED study session was completed, which led to three MBH employees to become LEED certified, totaling four MBH employees in 2005. This year we are excited to continue the LEED study sessions, to encourage more LEED accreditations and sustainable building. - MBH Library
